About Helen Wright

Hi, I’m Helen Wright owner of Rebalance Massage Mansfield.

I have been a Holistic Therapist since 1998 and opened Rebalance over ten years ago. As I used to have issues with my own back, I sought out techniques and therapies which I felt actually made a difference and trained in them myself.
I’m passionate about massage and myofascial release and believe alone or combined have a powerful effect on long held restrictions.
With a focus on the mind, body connection our body can provide limitless healing and I always feel there’s a way to help someone out of pain.

I combine advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cranial work, energy work and Douglas Heels Muscle Activation which helps create a greater structural integrity by activating the prime movers of the body.
I treat each client as an individual, offering a combination of therapies to achieve the best results. I’ll look at your individual needs to ensure that the treatments you undertake reduces your pain and improves your posture and range of motion.
I undertake continual professional  development through attending courses and workshops each year to keep up with the latest techniques.
In addition, I also work for The Holistic Health team which is Nottinghamshire based and aims to make therapies available to everyone in the community.
I feel lucky to have a job I love and which never ceases to amaze me with the benefits and positive outcomes it brings to my clients.
